The .64 will get it boosting earlier and with the 2860 will be good for your desired boost pressure. The .84 will be lazier but will work a little better up top and by up top I mean from 3000rpm...

best off with the copper heavy duty one, cheaper than alloy and will last longer

I think it will start with ve, then maybe followed by a 6 then a 10. I'm not sure if that's the part number but it's an id. It will make sense when you find it on the pump lol.

Yes you should use the sender that suits your gauge.

ARB have replacement solenoids for $40.00 each.
I have attached the Parts list and exploded views of the winch. (Its not a good scan sorry)

There are roads that are open, but most of the harder tracks are closed.
Pick a route through, and then check the names against the Parkweb Database to see if they are closed or not.
