if you go to New Zealand nearly Every GQ (Safari) has a rear ladder from factory! got me stumped why we dont see them here. They hang on teh small back door.

you can get ladders for the patrol look on ebay about $350
There is some heavy Sand Driving in Parts so a Compressor is probably necessary.
Two in a sleeping Bag is quite cosy LOL
