Cheers mate, I'm really happy with the outcome. I used a heat gun to stop the paint from cracking and just used a small shifter and slowly worked my way around.

Finally got the daily driver back on the road. Bloody repco gave us the wrong Vrs kit (incorrect rocker cover gasket) and wouldn't exchange as it was part of a kit.
