I check once every few days. I have a "Whats new" link to the forum on my hot bar. 8 times out of 10, it won't load.

I log on every morning but it takes a while to load. Most times its around ten to fifteen seconds. Sadly most of the old folks like me give up on the load times and just move on. Yep...
