I would do bearings, both big end and main. Going to turbo pistons depending on what rods you have now you may have to change these, the reason being is there is differences in gudgeon pin diameters....

I dont know the motor, but the gearbox/t-fer is about 170kg

Yeah that's right mate the small one goes to the oil feed on top of the turbo housing and the larger one from the bottom.
