Got some new gear over the past couple of months in preparation for the big trip to Adelaide, so here is the summary:

DP Chip
3" Exhaust (turbo back)
Diff Breathers (Got water in the back diff...

I have put one on recently. I think there was residual oil made worse when i removed the intercooler previously to fit my DP Chip.

Two breakdowns and being bogged for 2hrs in the sand with the tide coming in coupled with 4000kms. Marrige wouldn't have lasted. Might not have even happened.

Just a brief rundown of my 11 day adventure.

Day 1: Sydney – Bright

Day 2: Bright – Talbotville

Day 3: Talbotville – Dargo (Crooked River, Pinnacles & Billy Goats)

Toughdog/Ironman & OME with light (0-200/300kg pending brand) shocks in my opinion would be suitable. Adjustable shocks just gives your suspension increased ability to function pending on payload...

I have had both Ironman and tough dog within the past 5 years. Not much in it but i would choose tough dog. Tough dog to my knowledge just copied rancho so maybe research how goodbthey are.

It was 11hours in the saddle each way for me, but i would happily make the trip again. ... and probably again.

No more than i am. We are just keen to get some high country in and we don't get much time off.

Will do. This was a spur of the moment tag along. I did it in one day from Sydney. 14hrs in the saddle :(
