Between the MAF and the actual intake manifold is a sort of corrugated bit of plastic tubing. Check it very carefully for any holes.
As they get older, this plastic gets brittle and can get a hole....

GU7 I think. It's 2011 Model, TB48 Gulf Spec so it's left hand drive. Hence the differences inside

See if you can track down the wiring diagrams for Oz Patrols & Gulf Patrols.
Then look for a difference - Gulf spec Diff locks work in 4 High.
