$650 later with all fluids dropped and replaced including fuel filter and air filter. Says its a great rig and no issues with it.

I topped it up with some oil as it was a little low when I purchased the car. Probably different grade oils. I'll drop the oil next week and put in some fresh. See if that changes things!
