OK figures in detail. First, as mentioned TB42E , manual, roof rack, standard 15" tyres. did not use a/c unless mentioned. Drivers window down most of the way.

You got it thanks mate. Both the fuse and the relay for the horn circuit were under that black cover you mentioned beside the battery. Was not expecting to see them hidden away under a cover...
