You will have to get your fuel pump done up to suit bio diesel requires different seals same with your rubber fuel lines i would try and get onto a fuel pump specialist or someone in the know the bio and grill them with questions. Other than that wont have a drama running on it.

ran fine on the MK I wouldn't put it in the GU though. Have heard negative things about buggering up injectors. Don't know wether it's the case.
