Im trying to decide which spot lights to put on my 2008 GU st 3.0td at the moment i am thinking of a pair of IPF XS900 on bullbar and a pair of IPF XS800 on roofracks, is it worth putting a HID kit through these or are the halogen pretty good?
also thinking of putting led reversing lights on rear of roof rack to double as camping lights. Any Thoughts?

I've got halogens in my 4 lightforce's mate and I reckon they're great - hard to beat HID though for output and outright 'white light' - but really depends where you're driving in the dark I suppose.

Hey mate I can help you out with HIDS for these lights, either with internal ballasts or external ballasts or I could supply you with Lightforce xgts with both sorts of ballasts, I would recommend internal ballasts if you were interested
I also have led lights for your reverse in either a 10w, 24w or 27w and if needed can supply a loom as well all can be posted all over Australia

I have a single 24 watt LED on the rear roof rack. It is heaps of light and then some. No need for two IMHO
I run 225 Roo Lites with 55 Watt Light Force HID conversion on the Bull Bar. If anything it is too much light on bitumen as the road signs are a killer at night and forget it if it is dusty. On your own in the Bush or out the back blocks of WA they are awesome
In addition I have two 4 inch Fogs with 35 Watt no name HID conversion in the fog lamp position on the ARB bar and they are terrific for spread out the side of the vehicle.
I want to go to an LED bar in lieu of the Roo Lites because the HID warm up time gives me the irrits... just waiting till I have the cash and the motivation in the same time and place
PS... Philips +100's in the headlights makes a hell of a difference as well.
