Hi ppl , i just scored myslf a neat GQ 2.8td , i have had many
4wd,s in the last 20 years but this is my 1st Patrol ,
i have done a few highways trips since i picked it up and i surprised at the speed and fuel econ i have been getting (i have heard so many stories all different) 11 litres per 100 klms is what i have been getting and i expect to improve that as i have been working the air con and right foot a bit to begin with and now will settle down and see what comes .i lifted it with dobinsons springs by 50mm also tossed the 5 post bullbar as soon as i got it home and gained 8 inches of clearance up front, new grille and what they call a Cheezy winch bar up front
cheers Paul
