3" flexi coils & air bag helpers?

Simple question i recently bought a 3" lift and previously it had rear air bags, i wouldnt mind putting them back in for those rare times when its loaded up!

Can i use stock bags or will i have to buy largers air bags to fit the 3" lift?

you can use the old bags but you will need to buy or make some 3" packers for the bags. When i fitted the 3" lift in my GUIV i bought some solid 3" rubber and cut some rounds out on my Bandsaw and fitted them in the middle of the springs under the bags.

I have to admit though that i have had the car very very loaded + a trailer on and have deflated the bags to 3psi and they are simply Not Needed with good quality springs.

I went Old Man Emu Comp Spec springs which are considered soft to Medium and they carry a very heavy load very well. No Bags Needed.

If i get the chance i will pull the bags out if i ever get around to it. I simply Never use them now.
