I have read a little on doing all the mods and most of it sounds easy enough to do but are they worthwhile doing on a GU with 190000 kms.

Are you happy for your engine to blow up at 190K ?, if not, id say its going to be worth doing

sounds like a dirty weekend coming up,also have a tickler of a ?. a guy i work with told me to push the guts out of the catalytic convertor, said it gave him better fuel consumption and a better note in the 2.8 he had.never heard of this before and wondering if this is standard mod?
