Hi Everybody,
Driven 4x4s for a while now, mainly GU's and Hilux's at work but now in the market for a GQ ute and finding this forum very helpful.
Hopefully I'll be a genuine member soon enough...

Hi Lucas,
No haven't bought it yet, just been informed there's a little rust below the doors so awaiting some pics to try assess the damage.
Is rust a big issue in the GQ's

Hey, it's probably a bit of work to remove (I'm no expert on bodywork) but a lot of GQs are starting to fist as they are getting a bit old now. Post some pics and maybe another member will be able to tell you what your in for.

hi Simon. all older cars have a bit of rust.You can allways fixem. there are many ways. the most imporant think is mechanicly to be very sound.
