I have read about this cross country one being pretty good if you want to spend the money.

I've been looking at the ARE cooling intercoolers. There is a lot of info of their testing on their website.

Just remember that cheap crap is exactly that, (efficiency wise, tank and core design)
Cross county intercoolers use a pwr core, which is good, but their tank design is a bit iffy. On there website there is a power graph and they claim that their intercoolers give you a 65% increase in power which is a load of BS,
my advice is spend the extra on ARE as they have spent 10, of thousands of dollars on R&D before selling their products to the public. I am currently getting one of their water to air coolers.
I have spent the last couple of months researching intercooling and air flow to get the best possible power output for my ute
Cheers
