Which winch?

Hi, I've seen this post before, and aside from the warn range, I have noticed the more prominent winchs talked about are the Tigerz11 and Runva. Any thoughts which would have the edge?

Tigerz11 have a good report mate from other club tests, etc.

Hopefully someone with one can give some more detailed replies mate.

Haven't had much involvement with Runva though.

If you have mates with vehicle mounted winches, and travel with them, perhaps consider a hand winch?

Slow. Require some effort, but not a huge amount of strength. Need to wipe excess mud off cable. One more thing to find a home for, esp the cable.

Very versatile in terms of directions of pull etc.

I have only heard good things about the tigerz 11 but have not had first hand experience so opinion is based on heresay

I have used the tigerz11 winch and they are very good and for the price are well worth it
