What's a second hand Diesel-Gas system worth?

Hey guys,

I have a D-gas system in my TD42 powered patrol (Installed on 25/06/09) and am now wishing to replace the gas tank with a long range tank a friend offered me at a good price.

What would be a fair price to ask for it?, it is all currently installed in the car and can be test driven before purchase.

Is the LPG rebate still in effect?

Could anyone point me in the right direction of a part's list for my setup?, if I took it off, I would need to know what exactly is needed to make it fully functioning for the next owner.
