Gday all, been driving patrols now for about 20 years and never really had any dramas until i bought one with the ZD30 in it ( GU Wagon 2004).Have to say though after reading the forums, i have been rather lucky to only be really running into dramas with it now.
Might be because from new i put on a snorkel, a 3" exhaust and drove it like i stole it.But alas it has finally starting to shows signs of wear, like a coolant smell and some small bubbles appearing in the radiator a pretty good sign of a head gasket ( fingers crossed ) or a cracked head (hopefully not).
But i am chasing a pdf. workshop manual for the 2004 ZD30 so i can have a look at doing something with it myself and get it back on the track and dirty.Anyway better head off and pour a rum to help me ponder over the situation and plan my attack.

Cheers,
Goodwood
