Water Temp GU 4.2TD

Gday all.
Just had gauges in and my water temp gauge gets to 105c degrees is this to hot my dash gauge dose not move much stays below half.
Who do I belive it feels hot,
I am running a 3" Exhaust and Catchcan.
Boost upgrade Running 11psi Down from 15psi
Larger Brass Radiator
I have a Pyro Gauge coming from the US.

I have an ECUTalk unit which displays water temp. It's usually between 75-85c and climbs up to 100 up long hills.

I dare say 105c is getting pretty hot!

put a cooler thermostat in - might have a 90odd, can go to 84 or 74.5
