Adds have appeared at the top of the page?

Hi, does anyone else see three links (or adds) at the top of the page below the "home, forum, whats new, photo gallery....etc" line.
They werent there yesterday. Im logged in properly. There is also a little icon called "AdChoices" that directs me to a Google AdChoices site.
Is this a new thing AB?

EDIT: And i have them on the right hand side too
