Help on how to fit a front mount intercooler 2.8 GQ

Hi all and thanks for your help with my other questions.
This time i was wondering how to go about fitting a front mount intercooler to my 2.8 GQ as well as what size.
There seems to be plenty on EBAY for sale just need an idea on what to look for and how to plumb it in.
Any photos would be great, im sure someone has done it neatly and succesfully.

Just heading out mate but have a trawl through my build thread (Tank, Big Grey and Ugly) and have a squiz at the front mount I did - out of a Ford XR6 Turbo ... tight squeeze, but well worth it ...

Will throw up more when I get back.

Here are some idea's. This is not my car, these were posted on another forum.

The first 3 are an air to air front mount, the rest (same car but developed further) are water to air intercooled.
