Hi my name is Jamie and I recently purchased a 98 GU 4.5L Patrol, Dual Fuel. I have done a couple of trips, most recently in and around Dargo in the high country.

All ready hooked on the whold 4WD scene and exploring and camping in the Australian bush.

I have only recently discovered the forum which I look forward learning more about the Patrols and how I can get the most out of it. Some issues but overall the Nissan is a very capable 4WD!

G'day Jamie, Welcome to the forum!
I bought recently a 1998 GU Patrol 4.5 dual fuel. That car just runs beautifully. I am planning my first touring trip around Victoria with the family in Feb and the car is ready to go. I hope you enjoy your stay! And even when I am new in the 4 wheel driving scene, I am happy to share experiences and to learn from you guys!
