Drastic circumstance calls for drastic measures I guess - that said, it could have made a bad situation worse ... Glad it didn't though and they were pulled to safety ...

only used to tow the vehicle so not so bad have to improvise in these situations I guess but really every year people still get stuck in flood waters will they ever learn?
