Hi, I have just bought a 2000 Gu 4.2 and want to get the most out it, but of course keep it reliable.
Any advice would be great.

Their pretty tough engines mate, keep the fluids up, use quality filters and they'll last for ever.

Hi AB, thanks, It's a wagon and has 210,000 on the clock, Since I bought it I have fitted an factory intercooler and turbo timer but I think the turbo is lagging a bit, am getting a MTQ hi-flow mod done next week. I also played with the pump a little.
