side mirrors 93 GQ

Hi,
I have recently bought a 93 gq with both side morrors taped up. I need to dismantle and repair mirrors but don't know how. Does anyone have any diagrams or where to start dismantling these without breaking parts? Cheers

Welcome to the forum Phil, when you get a minute drop by the introductions section and tell us a bit about yourself and you Patrol.

Assuming you have electric mirrors if you look at the bottom of the mirror housing you will see a hole in the centre, there is a philips head screw in there that holds the mechanism into the housing.
