1991 TD42 GQ water leak

Hello fellas, I purchased my 1991 GQ Shorty Diesel 2 weeks ago

I notice that it leaks water (a good puddle) (most likely Air Conditioner) Is it normal for these Patrols to leak clean water from the Engine compartment?

When I open the hood I notice the leak comes from the rear passenger side through a rubber Grommet and the water hits the Front axel U-Joint...is this what its meant to do? AM I missing a hose or something?

There should be a short hose witch connects to the AC drip tray this will direct any water away from all vulnerable parts under the bonnet
