New 4WD show and exciting news for the forum

I have some great news folks!

I'm seeing Simon Christie from 4WDTV on Friday for a "My Rig" segment and a small little mention on their show about the forum which will hopefully bring us a lot more members.

They are also launching a brand new 4WD show on Channel TV4ME this Sunday at 3:30pm with a repeat on Tuesday evenings at 8pm so please ensure that you watch the launch.

NissanPatrol.com.au will be the home of "Simon Christie’s 4wd TV ProTips" which is a great success for us to achieve.

We have a lot of exciting things coming to the forum this year so stay tuned!!!!:cheers:

Below is a short extract for the launch, I have seen a small promo on it and it looks promising folks so fingers crossed that It's as a big of a success as the 4WDTV and Your4x4 show.


We are very excited to announce that Simon Christie’s 4wd TV ProTips will commence this Sunday on TV4ME at 3.30pm with a repeat on Tuesday evenings at 8pm. We have finished the first 5 episodes and have 5 more in production as well as plans to continue the program.

Again we are very excited about this opportunity and the support we have already received to get the new show up and running.

Most people now know about TV4ME (free to air digital 74) and this is an excellent mainstream opportunity to get 4wdriving and the great outdoors to a wider audience as well as extending and strengthening our current brands.

For those who aren’t sure, this new half hour program is all about promoting, reviewing and testing 4x4 related products. We will be covering all 4x4 accessories, tents, campers, camp gear, vehicles and more.

It is 74 in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth and 64 in Country Qld, NSW and Vic.

Just finished watching the show.

Great show, love the format and tips. Presenters where good and although they where in most cases pushing their product it is still interesting to know what is out there, and the level of "general" info they where providing would help inform purchasing decisions.

Finally got a bloody HD set top box/ recorder...so can start saving the good stuff that appears on Briz 31 and SBS.
Love 4wd TV and "All 4 Adventure".....looking forward to seeing some Forum gear appearing on the shows.
(when I get to watch the recordings,at 6 on a Sunday morning!)
