removing gas / installing long range fuel tank seq

I am removing my gas system out of gq lwb tb42e and replacing with a long range fuel tank.
The idea is to leave the 50? odd litre on the drivers side there and replace the gas tank with a 160 odd litre fuel tank at rear.
Two questions i have.
1. Once removing all the gas, will the tb42 need to be retuned for just fuel?
2. Anyone had any positive dealings with suppliers / installers in seq? reasonably priced that supplies a decent fuel tank with decent clearance? ( yah i want my cake and eat it too :) )

I'm getting that exact thing done right now mate - Autoart at Capalaba (Derek). Will need to be tuned for fuel and I got my tank through the boys at Torq4x4.
