Hey guys I have a fuel pipe leaking above my tank. It may be on the return pipe as it leaks worse at idle. The problem is just the space to work in ... about 2cm, and the angle too! I now have a decent clamp to put on, in place of the old type ( the cause of the leak) BUT how does one work in the space available............... without dropping the tank. It is an after market 150L tank..... just to complicate matters.

Any suggestions welcomed!

There's an opening on the cargo deck mate..4 small 10mm bolts. You might be able to reach it from there. Otherwise just drop the tank.. :)

X2 - the main tank has an access point in the rear cargo area under the carpet on the right hand side for access to the pump/wiring etc ...

If you can't access the leak through there, then you might be looking at having to drop the tank out.
