mass air flow censor

Cannot locate a mass airflow censor for my nissan patrol 2000 4500 fuel injection. Can somebody give me a clue on where I can find one?

on the outlet tube from the air filter box should be about 30 cm away

No.. I need to replace this part.. I am in Panama and have had no luck finding a supplier on the internet.. I think the car came from australia or the uk. Can anyone recommend a supplier? Is the 4500 fuel injection engine a rare make?
