i am considering putting 285/75/16" tyres on my 95 GQ RX after fitting a 3" lift can anyone shed some light as to whether or not on full articulation and full lock the tyres would fowl on the guards in anyway or possibly cause other problems. Cheers

I've got a 4"lift and 33"MTZ's have no issues on the front but do get scraping on the inner rear guards
Also I would think of getting 15" rims but the same sized tyre if that's what you want as you will get more side wall depth. The o/d will of the tyre is the same but the I/d is less

i recently put on 285/75/16 bighorns on my 96 gq.
only problem i got was the mudflap front drivers side. Had to remove it. Would rub hard on any corner.
Other than that, no dramas at all
