There is a War oon ebay at the moment for Roof Racks take advantage of it.

Things to look for

Better to have 4 feet down each side than 3
Count the cross over bars, the more the better

If you look at the TigerzII they have about 4 cross overs and 3 feet and have been left behind and are no longer worth a look.
Dont be deterred by the price, they are cutting each others throat and that is not your problem

I have seen this rack in the flesh and it is a winner Super Tough GU Roof Rack (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Steel-Roof-Rack-4-Nissan-Patrol-GU-GQ-2-2m-Jerry-Can-Spare-Tire-Holders-/290638758058?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item43ab6b80aa#ht_5813wt_1064)

Here is another from them which is Plenty GOOD Enough for 99% of the market Good Strong Rack for a GU (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Steel-Roof-Rack-Cage-4-Nissan-Patrol-GQ-GU-Full-length-2-2M-Heavy-Duty-/290632666070?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item43ab0e8bd6#ht_5216wt_1113)

Here is the TigerzII and does not come close to the other one. Sorry TigerzII you have been left behind. I rate there winch but their rack is rubbish TigerzII Rack - Undersize and over priced (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Full-Length-Roof-Rack-Tigerz11-Nissan-patrol-GQ-GU-Pathfinder-Mitsubishi-Pajero-/320779659456?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4aaff528c0#ht_2730wt_1297)

currently looking at racks ourselves....postage will be a clincher, with depot pick-up available on some of the ebay items. The feedback on some of the sellers gives a good read as well, with some hidden costs if the item isn't signed for or delivered as expected.
Still cheaper than quotes from ARB/ UV4x4 etc
