Hi everone,
next on the list for my patrol is a snorkle, its a tb42 in an early GQ, was looking at a costom made 3 inch stainless one the other week and didn't look hard to make, but am I missing something. Can anyone tell me what a well designed snorkle has in it. Or am I better of buying a ready made one?
Thanks again, Tusman

Hi mate, have a look at my DIY thread on a 4" stainless steel on TD42.
The same principal should be with yours in 3 inch except you'll probably feed your snorkel into the body from near the A pillar on a TB42.
Not a hard job at all mate, just depends on if you like the look of them.
EDIT: Paulie, you beat me to it...lol

Hi Tusman, I am just about to start the exact same project. AB has done all the thinking work in his thread. Make sure you get a few photos. Goodluck:)

Picked up the bits for the snorkle yesterday, ended up going for the 4inch, Might make a start this weekend, but have to fix the leaky exhaust first lol. Thanks again AB for the DIY thread. I'll make sure I put pics up as I go.
