Hi guys, thought i seen a thread the other day asking the same question but can't find it :(

What is this bolt next 2 the welch plug? Is it water or oil?

Can't find reference 2 it in the manual :(

Thanks mate, my old man asked me 2 ask, he thought it was but didn't want 2 remove it just in case, he just installed thermo fans and wants 2 give it a good old flush out
