VQ35, TD27 Engine Swap

I live in the US where the Patrol is not sold and I'm interested in getting some information about replacing a blown VQ35 gasoline engine out of an '01 Pathfinder(automatic transmission, w/air conditioning) with a TD27 diesel engine. Just wondering what that would entail.

Neither of those engines have ever been fitted to a Patrol so I don't think you'll get much help here.
