Well, I've just returned from my first stealth camping experience.

Let me tell you, It's one of the most pleasurable and enjoyable first time experiences I've ever had :toot::049::first:.

No noisy generator to contend with, no having to carry spare fuel and filling it up twice a day.

Got myself a deep cycle battery the other day, and for nearly 3 days, I hooked up my small solar panels to the deep cycle battery and, presto.

Can't wait to get my 2 big panels hooked up and all my gadgets will work just fine.

Last night I got rained out. Tents and rain are a new experience for me. Got heaps to learn about digging trenches before it rains, not while it's raining. lol

Back to w w w, being busy, stay tuned for more updates.

Take care out there.

Read my lips, Paul (nowoolies) lolol.

Now I have the dubious task of unpacking an almost dry tent and saturated everything else. Was gunna go back to my spot tomorrow night, but I need to sort out a few teething probs before my first 'real' camping exped of 3 weeks - totally independent from the outside world - well almost. lol
