Nice rig mate,
Can I get a little more info on the roller your using mate.
And how painful is the tipicl qg rust in the rails and also watch the rear window. Mine was hell, it's was the reason why I turned mine into a dualcab. I can thank the old school style of roof racks, where there was a full length rail sitting in the gutter as the main bracket.
Keep it coming mate.
Cheers jay

What do I have to watch for on the rear window?
The roller bearings are rated to 1 ton. They have polyurethane inside the bearing.
also in the pic with the drawers, there are two bearings side by side, to hold more weight.
ok the model number: NSK NS7L5
they are about $3 each.

Looking good mate. Did you fab the drawer frame yourself? Whats the reason for the high hats?
Cheers,

No my mate is knocking them up. High hats are to lift it off the floor.

What do I have to watch for on the rear window?
The rails and also there are 2 drain hole in the window from memory. They can block up then water gets into the welded window pinch seems and starts rust around the bottom of the rear window under the the window rubber seal. The window can be poped out easy enough, to check or repair. Also rust likes to start under the back doors wheel arch. You can remove the rear flare and then the hub plastic trim to check. Also common is the bottom main rail on the car. Unfortunately the qg's are coming up to 20 yrs old but there still the best 4b ever sold in Aus.
Cheers jay

as promised.
Spot and spread lights, just plain 100w halogen atm
http://img100.imageshack.us/img100/8489/img20120203155814.jpg
should be getting the hid spot from torq4x4 on monday or tuesday :D
in cab winch controls:
just a simple two switch layout. the first is to stop accidental usage of the winch if not flipped.
use a power extension lead for the wires that go back to the winch solenoids.
Still have it hooked up so I can use the hand control if needed.
