Advice needed.

Hey guys, I am looking to you seasoned Patrol owners to help me out here. I have booked my 4.5ltr Petrol in for a gas conversion in a couple of weeks. The advice I have received from them is that I will need to replace the sub tank and have a better pump placed into it. They replace the main tank with the gas tank and the pump in the sub tank is not strong enough for driving with. It will start the vehicle, but only pump it enough so I am driving on 4 cylinders.

Has anyone done this before and what advice would you offer? The gas place suggested buying a new tank from e-bay(or similar) and then go from there. I would imagine plenty of people have done this in the past, so it should not be too difficult.

what I think they did on mine was put in a long range 80lts sub tank then moved the pump and sender out of the main tank and put it in the larger sub tank
