Well I have a gu with a zd30 and reading and learning from this site I bought some electrical contact
cleaner and removed and cleaned my maf sensor. At the same time fitted a provent 200 filter. Removed
the engine cover and my intercooler was leaking quite badly. So I have just purchased a pwr intercooler
and seen the boost sensor bolts to it . Has anyone cleaned there boost sensor with contact cleaner like
the maf sensor ? or will it damage it ? cheers

Won't hurt it at all but there is little point.

The MAF sensor is a flow sensor whilst the Boost is a pressure sensor. They use totally different physics to derive their outputs and whilst the MAF is especially susceptible to contamination on the sense and reference elements you could dunk the Boost sensor in an oil bath and it would still work.
