Hello its me again,

As some of you might know I am putting an SD33 engine into a GQ which I´ve done already successfully but my question is:

As you all know or I am wrong, there´s a going and return line from the tank to the engine on a original TD42 but because I have a SD33 instead I don´t think there´s a diesel return line on a SD33 right ???? or is there a return line on a SD33 ???????

And in case there´s not a return line on a SD33 which I am almost sure, should I just simply block the return line on the GQ ?????

And one more thing is correct me if I am wrong but the coming fuel line is the thicker one right ???? or is it the skinny one.

Thank you.

There is a return line, it's called a leak off line, it's the long one that connects to all injectors , and the thick line from the filter goes to the injector pump at the front of the pump.
The other one is vacuum.

Right but what I mean is that on the GQ chassis it self coming from the rear there are three (3) lines on the passenger side, one which is for the brakes on the back and the other two for fuel which the thick one brings the fuel and the thinner one is that one that returns the fuel if I am correct, what I would like to know is: if I can block the thin line since there wont be any fuel going back to the tank due to the SD33 conversion

I know what you mean that there´s a return (leak off line) line but it goes back to the fuel filter.

I can't see any reason not to block it mate.

The SD33 do have a return to the tank line
Theres 2 lines running up the chassis
1 main fuel line and a return line,or whateva ya call it
