Forum time incorrect after daylight savings

Has anyone's forum time not changed after daylight savings?

Mine is still an hour behind...

I just did a dodgy, not like me...lol....and went into "settings" (top right of screen) then clicked on "general settings" middle left of screen and near the bottom of that screen I changed my time to GMT + 11:00 which is the Solomon Islands time zones but it is now our same timezone...lol
