Hi All
in the process of changing the RD28T to an RD28eti, I have noticed that the engine revolution sensor on the eti is located on the side of the oil pump. the one in the RD28T is located behind the cog for the injector pump.
Are these two interchangeable????

the one on the RD28T is labeled as a Engine revolution sensor. the one on the RD28eti is labeled as a crankshaft position sensor. are they one in the same, and are they interchangeable. i mainly ask this, as i can not get the crank pully off the blown RD28eti, so i canexchange the oil pumps (the RD28eti has the crnak position sensor in the oil pum housing).
