Snorkel for 1998 GU

Hello All
I am new to the site and thank you for the welcome. I wish to fit a snorkel to my 1998 GU 2.8 troll and i am chasing some info. I have a ARB dual battery system and the second battery is in the corner where the snorkel will enter the bonnet space. Does the snorkel tubing go between the inner and outer guard ?? and if not has anyone fitted a snorkel in this application before. I did run a search but couldnt find the answer.

I have a snorkel fitted to my 1998 GU RD28eti patrol. i also have a duel battery setup. the snorkel pipe runs inside the gaurd and straight into the air filter box. if you have TJM or ARB install it, it wont cost that much extra and will be done professionally, and wont rust on entry through the gaurd.
