back door hinges

my back barn doors are really hard to open, i've tried wd40 but that don't work. is there any easy fixes for it or do i have to replace the whole lot.

Replace them is easiest mate - I think Rod (ferret) foes replacement hinges, but if you do a search on them, you should find a few threads dedicated to the topic ...
