Gday everyone,
Long time reader, very few if any posts so I should do a hello.
I was running an 04 GU td42 leaf Ute, 4” all round on 35s until 2 weeks ago when I wrote it off having a head on with a full water cart truck on a narrow bush road. About 40kmh impact, bent chassis up. Drove it home the few kms but it’s a write off, so I’ve just picked up today a donor 99 chopped wagon with mod plates for chop and 35s so now I’m transferring engine, new gearbox I had waiting to go in and all my 4” gear plus more being a wagon. Then off to get a mod plate for that.
Also bought the 200series Land Cruiser 4 piston with 330mm rotors style front brake upgrade I will put in too.
So I will have a few questions about the wagon with everyone’s experiences here I will need some advice.
Anyway ladies and gents, hi and here’s to more years running these beasts 🍻🍻🍻
