Well most have probably seen but the ranger is gone and the y62 now take pride and place in the shed..
Ended up going to geelong for this one, 20k less than the best price in SA makes the $150 plane flight worth it!
So its a stock as Ti. My25 so have a better cluster and a brilliant dash!
Fark me!! I was told the are a lounge on wheels.. but wow.. next level comfort!!
And you can't help but giggle like a little school girl when you sink the boot in!!!

So the build list isn't silly.
I've already fitted the tow bar and brake controller, and the arb base rack.
Rassler dallas bar is on order, hopefully not far away. Will be keeping the 33' tyre as its a daily driver. May look at a 35' touring tyre but not a priority atm..

[ ] Under body protection
[ ] Throttle controller (not a priority atm)
[ ] Uhf
[ ] Front bar
[ ] Sliders
[[emoji736]] Roof rack
[ ] Exhaust - playtime mid with muffler
[ ] Gvm upgrade, at this stage im not looking to do a lift.
[ ] Rear bar
[[emoji736]] Draw system
[ ] 12v system
[[emoji736]] Dual battery
[ ] Bush barriers

So yea. Im in love. Getting kicked out the seat often for Nissa to drive.
Glad to be back in a patrol!!https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20251025/db7eb746383546ea3209db12f836aa3b.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20251025/5398c77db29e06a096b34044310e6171.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20251025/cbf3b5cbaa88c8dd0d9e917a784f5e08.jpg

So a bit of an update.
Roof rack and awning are on. Was such a simple job ARB really do think about everything.

Have also installed a set of +100kg king springs into the rear of the car in anticipation of air bags but they are yet to be bought.

I have also repurposed an old fridge slide and panty I built for the old GU over 10 years ago!! It’s an absolute fluke that it is mm perfect to fit in the back for 62 and still allow the single rear seat to function.
So once I’m happy with final fit and a couple of shake downs I’ll carpet the false floor and recarpet the draws. When I carpet the false floor I will leave a 200mm strip of carpet to over hang the seat gap. This will his all the mechanics when flat and still fold up when seat is in use.
Plan is to leave that rear section in regardless if both seats are in, 1 or none.
