I don't think it is for rain, but rather for places where it snow... Not sure though.

The patrol has the OBD1 14 pin port and runs the Consult 1 diagnostics (I think). What setup are you guys and gals using to read codes for Consult 1. What would you suggest. Loving the car so far....
