Hi all, I have a 2008 Patrol ZD30CR with an unresponsive throttle.

The engine will start, idle, and high idle even works but the pedal will not respond.
Have replaced the throttle position sensor entirely and the throttle body actuator without any luck.
Have disconnected the batteries to reset ECM as well.

Anyone had this before? Had thought maybe the ECM had a misfunction but I think i'd have other problems if that were the case.
Any help appreciated

I am not a mechanic, but my guess would be to check the throttle cable from the pedal to the engine bay.
Does the throttle linkage/blade on the engine move when the throttle pedal is pressed?
If not, it could be stuck in the cable.

Check for any fault codes?

Can back probe the Accelerator Peddle harness connector wires _ TPS1 (blue) & TPS2 (blue/green) to see if volt readings are correct. Multimeter _ use the red probe with small pin attached using insulation tape to secure in place along side of probe conductor (dress makers pin 0.3mm dia x 30mm long) used to slide down side of wire insulation and touch the terminal fitting. Black probe attached to chassis earth point or battery -ve.

RHD veh (IGN ON)
TPS1 (blue) Pedal fully released 0.4-1.05V / Fully depressed 3.1-4.7V

TPS2 (blue/green) Pedal fully released 0.2-0.55V / Fully depressed 1.56-2.35V
