Hello

Decided to introduce my humble patrol wagon as I've recently started using the forum. I have a 2000 DX patrol with the ol td42t. Mostly stock except for the usual suspects, including a tough dog 2 inch lift and steering damper, roadsafe swaybar links with rear disconnects, warn xd9000 wire winch.

Any recommended modifications are welcome, more towards the budget side if possible, and any good threads to read through to chase down death wobbles. Before it goes for rego this year I plan on refreshing all the suspension arms, (drag link, tie rods, pan hard rods), and getting new 33" tyres fitted and balanced as well as doing my swivel hubs and putting on new brake rotors while I'm in there. Hopefully throwing all new bits in there as well as castor correction bushings in the radius arms will alleviate my wobbling woes.

Welcome to the forum. There are plenty of threads dealing with the death wobbles. It can be fixed easily with a tyre balance or maybe nipping up the bearings or changing worn bushes. Or you might end up chasing it down for ages. Good luck. I hope its an easy fix.
